Usha is a business human resource who is an advocate of a #F.I.T (fun, inspiring, trusting) work climate. She had worked in leadership roles with local and multinational companies in the region namely in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Usha has hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR from recruitment, rewards, industrial relations, talent management and training & development. She is passionate about developing young professionals to accelerate their careers and also finding work-purpose along the way.

Monique Yong is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Columba Asia Group of Companies. She develops and executes the Group’s human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Group.
She is an HR professional with more than two decades of experience holding several pivotal roles across a number of multinationals in various global leadership functions. She also has strong consultancy and leadership experience globally and regionally across various industries having based in Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore previously.
Monique holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She is member of CIPD and a certified HRDF trainer. She also serves as the senior council member of Gerson Lehman Group, Mentor for Lean In Malaysia and her alma mater: University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

Abdurrasheed Sa’id Abdurrasheed is a Postdoctoral research scientist in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. He has a strong interest in applying computational modelling to solve water-related problems. His current research focuses on the development of numerical techniques to study the flow pattern and hydraulic characteristics through modular channels for application in BIOECODS. His master’s degree was in the field of hydraulics and engineering hydrology from the Department of Water resources and environmental engineering. Currently a lecturer II at the Department of Civil Engineering of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.
