I am a blessed mom of two & yes I am a Millenial Coach & Mentor . I am determined towards my self development so that I can serve my service to the Millennials in a Compassionate & healthy manner .
I strongly believe with this statement ( Counselling is as effective as , if the counsellor lives his/her life effectively ) as this statement is not only for counsellor but for each person whether a mom , a professional, an executive,a doctor etc . If we take care of our mental, physical ,emotional & spiritual health then we are in a good position to serve humanity. Therefore self development is a continuous journey.
